Job Description
Palette Care is hiring a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its multidisciplinary child development team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The therapist will assess and provide intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Sensory Processing challenges, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, and learning or motor difficulties. The role focuses on sensory integration, ADL skills, emotional regulation, and functional independence while working closely with other therapy professionals.

Responsibilities
• Assess and provide therapy for children with ASD, ADHD, Sensory Processing challenges
• Support children with Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy (CP), learning and motor difficulties
• Plan and implement individualized intervention programs
• Focus on Sensory Integration, ADL skills, motor planning, and emotional regulation
• Promote functional independence in children
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and Behavior Therapists
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports
• Guide and empower parents with home-based carryover strategies
Required Qualification
• BOT / MOT (Pediatrics or Sensory Integration preferred)
Educational Requirement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
