Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, perceptual, and psychosocial abilities using standardized neuro-assessment tools
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to restore Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and functional mobility
• Apply neuro-rehabilitation techniques such as Bobath/NDT, Brunnstrom, PNF, and Sensory Integration
• Provide cognitive and perceptual retraining for deficits related to memory, attention, executive functioning, and visual-spatial processing
• Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices, orthotics, and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with neurologists, physiotherapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe transfer techniques, home exercise programs, and long-term rehabilitation strategies

Required Qualification

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT/BOTH)
• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT/MOTH) with specialization in Neurology (Preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in neurological rehabilitation
• Experience handling adult or pediatric neurological cases
