Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Assist patients in developing or recovering motor skills and functions
• Address developmental, neurological, and physical rehabilitation needs
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy as required by local regulations
• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and rehabilitation techniques
• Knowledge of medicine and its application in therapy plans
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical professionals
• Experience or expertise in pediatrics is a plus
Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience in Occupational Therapy is preferred
