Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and sensory-motor assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and self-regulation
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely session notes and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, speech therapists, educators, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary team
• Guide and educate families to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home
• Contribute to social and life skills group programs when required
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• RCI registration preferred but not mandatory
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Prior experience in pediatric or developmental settings preferred
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, neurodevelopmental treatment, and play-based interventions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
• Compassionate, creative, and child-centered approach
• Ability to work empathetically with children and families
