Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients and their support networks to develop practical, individualized strategies
• Support participation across home, school, work, and community settings
• Build confidence in clinical reasoning with access to regular, meaningful supervision
• Develop understanding and application of neuroaffirming practice
• Explore creative, flexible therapy approaches tailored to each client
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
• Occupational Therapist (BOT/MOT or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Experience:
• Experience in providing individualized therapy strategies and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Exposure to neuroaffirming practices is preferred
Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and creativity in therapy approaches
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours: Full time, hybrid model with flexibility across multiple locations
