Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Intervention
• Conduct comprehensive physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

• Train patients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs (IADLs)

Patient & Caregiver Education

• Advise on injury prevention, ergonomics, and environmental modifications

Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required

Collaboration
• Work closely with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and nurses
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and discharge planning
