Occupational Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients with workplace injuries, providing occupational therapy interventions to support safe return to work.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate functional limitations, recovery needs, and workplace capabilities.
• Visit workplaces to assess duties and environment, recommending modifications and suitable tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, insurers, and employers to optimize client outcomes.
• Document case notes and comply with reporting and compliance requirements.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with AHPRA

Experience:
• Open to new graduates; structured induction, training, and mentorship provided
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation advantageous

Skills:
• Strong clinical reasoning and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
