Occupational Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess patients across age groups to identify functional and rehabilitation needs
• Plan and implement personalized occupational therapy programs
• Support patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence
• Work with pediatric patients, addressing developmental and functional challenges
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, activities, and home programs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care

Qualifications
• Degree or certification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Valid registration/licensure in Occupational Therapy (as applicable)

Experience
• Experience in occupational therapy practice preferred
• Exposure to pediatric care is an added advantage

Skills
• Proficiency in occupational therapy and rehabilitation techniques
• Understanding of basic medical concepts and treatment coordination
• Pediatric therapy knowledge and patient-handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
