The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for patients requiring rehabilitation support. Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
• Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and daily living activities
• Train patients in self-care activities such as dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and professional standards
• Support rehabilitation and community reintegration programs

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master’s Degree (MOT)
• Valid professional registration/license (if applicable)
