About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assess developmental, sensory, and functional needs of children with special needs
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention plans
• Conduct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with special educators, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Guide and counsel parents regarding therapy goals, home strategies, and progress
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and therapy records
Qualification:
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
Experience:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage
Skills:
• Strong passion for working with children with special needs
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of developmental and sensory integration approaches
• Ability to create structured and child-friendly therapy plans
• Effective documentation and parent guidance skills
