Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for children and adults as required
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional, sensory, and motor skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and therapy reports
• Collaborate with speech therapists, audiologists, and other professionals for integrated care
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based strategies and interventions
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Mandatory)
Experience:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Skills:
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and interventions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with pediatric and/or adult populations
• Effective documentation and reporting skills
• Team-oriented and patient-centered approach
