Occupational Therapist
About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide life-changing occupational therapy services to NDIS participants
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based therapy plans
• Work across diverse settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community centres
• Support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary allied health team
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, carers, and support networks
• Attend weekly hub meetings and contribute to team discussions
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance service delivery and reduce administrative tasks
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• General AHPRA Registration
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential
• Open to motivated and purpose-driven practitioners
SKILLS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Effective assessment and clinical reasoning skills
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver’s license
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
