Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles & responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children to evaluate functional abilities, sensory processing, motor skills, ADLs, play skills, and overall participation
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using neuro-affirming, child-centered, and evidence-based approaches
• Deliver interventions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor development, handwriting, motor planning, ADLs, and play-based skills
• Support children in improving self-regulation, attention, behavior, and functional independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive tools, sensory diets, and environmental modifications as required
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members including physiotherapists, psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators
• Monitor child progress, update therapy plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Provide parent education, home programs, and school-based strategies to ensure carryover of therapy goals
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy – mandatory
• Valid AIOTA license/registration is an advantage

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus
