Occupational Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Train patients in activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, and grooming.
• Improve fine motor skills, coordination, and overall functional independence.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care strategies and safety measures.
• Monitor patient progress and update therapy plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and clinical records.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Guide and support junior therapists when required.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid professional license/registration.

Experience:
• Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.

Skills:
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Good communication and patient-centered care approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward patients.
