Occupational Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess physical, sensory, cognitive, and developmental needs of children
• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
• Use adaptive tools, therapeutic exercises, and environmental modifications
• Support skill development for daily activities and promote independence
• Educate families on therapy strategies and home programs
• Maintain therapy records, progress notes, and reports
• Assist with group therapy activities and assessments
• Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, and other professionals
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and team reviews

Qualifications:
• BOT / MOT or MPT with Occupational Therapy experience

Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience preferred

Skills :
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy practices
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to implement adaptive and developmental interventions
