Occupational Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assess the functional needs of children and design individualized occupational therapy interventions.
• Provide therapy to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functional abilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, psychologists, and educators.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
• Work closely with caregivers to implement strategies and exercises at home.
• Support children with developmental delays, syndromic conditions, and other pediatric challenges.
• Apply evidence-based pediatric therapy techniques to promote growth and development.

Qualification:
• Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy (BPT/OT) or equivalent.
• Expertise in pediatric occupational therapy and rehabilitation practices.
• Knowledge of child development, medical aspects, and therapy techniques for children.

Experience:
• Experience working with children, especially those with developmental, motor, sensory, or syndromic conditions.
• Hands-on clinical experience in pediatric therapy preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team members.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting children’s growth.
• Ability to create tailored therapy programs and track progress efficiently.
