Occupational Therapist
About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess and provide occupational therapy for children with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental delays
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans focusing on motor, sensory, cognitive, and learning skills
• Address academic challenges including attention, handwriting, numeracy, and school readiness
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed therapy documentation and reports
• Support children in improving functional independence and learning outcomes
QUALIFICATION:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
• Candidates from Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, or related fields may also be considered
EXPERIENCE:
• Mandatory experience in pediatric therapy
• Specialized experience in Learning Disabilities (LD), especially math-related learning difficulties, is strongly preferred
SKILLS:
• Strong expertise in pediatric occupational therapy and rehabilitation
• Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and developmental delays
• Ability to design customized intervention programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centric approach
