Job Description

We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists for the Ballina region, NSW, to manage caseloads within 30–45 minutes of their home suburb. This role is hybrid, allowing OTs to work from home, in the community, and in clinic settings. Whether you are newly graduated or highly experienced, you’ll receive structured supervision, mentoring, and professional development to build your career while supporting NDIS participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a tailored caseload in line with your areas of interest

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
