Job Description
We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists for the Ballina region, NSW, to manage caseloads within 30–45 minutes of their home suburb. This role is hybrid, allowing OTs to work from home, in the community, and in clinic settings. Whether you are newly graduated or highly experienced, you’ll receive structured supervision, mentoring, and professional development to build your career while supporting NDIS participants.

Responsibilities
• Manage a tailored caseload in line with your areas of interest
• Conduct clinical assessments covering emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
• Advise on environmental modifications for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings
• Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive team
Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or preferred caseload areas
