Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess and treat patients to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and overall physical and emotional well-being
• Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic activities aligned with developmental and rehabilitation goals
• Work closely with pediatric patients and their families to support developmental progress
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify therapy plans based on progress
• Educate parents and caregivers on therapy goals, activities, and home programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as per local or national regulatory requirements
Experience
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic, clinical, or healthcare setting preferred
Skills
• Proficiency in occupational therapy practices and rehabilitation techniques
• Understanding of medical principles related to pediatrics and therapy care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with children, families, and healthcare teams
• Empathy, patience, and a child-centric approach to care
• Ability to motivate and inspire patients toward developmental goals
