Ozcare is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist based in Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast QLD. The role involves delivering community-based Occupational Therapy services, including physical and neurological assessments, mobility evaluations, equipment prescription, and environmental modifications to enhance client safety and independence.

Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment for physical and neurological conditions
• Assess and prescribe aids and equipment (e.g., hoists, commodes, wheelchairs)
• Perform environmental assessments and recommend home modifications
• Assess mobility and movement safety within client environments
• Support clients to improve independent living skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Queensland Driver’s Licence
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Proof of immunity or willingness to vaccinate (MMR, Varicella, Pertussis)
• Good computer and mobile device skills
