Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist – Community Care, you will assess, treat, and support clients with physical and neurological conditions. You will provide tailored interventions, recommend assistive equipment, and conduct home environment assessments to enhance mobility, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical assessments for physical and neurological conditions
• Develop and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Assess and prescribe assistive devices (wheelchairs, hoists, commodes, etc.)
• Perform home environment assessments and recommend modifications
• Support clients in improving mobility and independent living skills
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Required Qualification
• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration

Important Requirements
• Current Police Screening Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Valid Queensland driver’s licence
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Immunization compliance (MMR, Varicella, Pertussis)
• Good computer and mobile device skills
