Occupational Rehabilitation

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage an individual caseload, conducting assessments and casework
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities and support business growth initiatives
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to drive performance
• Engage with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
• Ensure positive rehabilitation outcomes through effective service delivery
• Promote an inclusive approach when working with diverse communities
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication

QUALIFICATION:
• Degree and professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in workers’ compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health & safety legislation
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred
