About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct functional assessments and pre-employment medicals (including D&A testing, spirometry, ECG, and audiometry)
• Assess fitness for work and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Perform onsite workplace assessments within professional scope
• Deliver high-quality candidate and client experiences
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure infection control and WHS compliance
• Ensure clinic readiness and provide timely reporting of assessment results
Qualification
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
Experience
• Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or injury prevention (preferred)
• Experience conducting functional and pre-employment assessments
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
• Adaptable and confident in clinical decision-making
• Proactive, accountable, and quality-focused approach
• Good organisational and reporting skills
