Nurse Manager

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide strong leadership to the Smart ICU nursing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Manage and allocate nursing resources to ensure optimal patient care
• Oversee and ensure the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices in the Smart ICU workflow
• Regularly assess and improve the quality of patient care, collaborating with physicians and the quality team
• Develop and implement plans for emergency situations, ensuring preparedness and effective response within the nursing team
• Encourage participation in weekly CNEs (Continuing Nursing Education) and conduct regular CNE sessions
• Facilitate training programs, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Provide training, mentorship, and support for onboarding new nurses
• Implement and follow up on the onboarding plan for new nursing staff
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU care quality
• Collaborate with the nursing lead, physician leads, and the client operations team to oversee partner hospitals
• Advocate for the needs and concerns of ICU nursing staff, supporting their well-being and professional growth

Skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Extensive ICU experience and expertise in nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Proficient in training and mentorship for nursing staff
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Qualifications
• BSc or MSc Nursing
• 6+ years of experience in ICU nursing
• Strong leadership and clinical oversight experience
