About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Independently manage primary health clinics including medication administration, vaccinations, dressings, blood collection, and prescribed treatments
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations
• Perform paediatric assessments and immunisation administration
• Conduct wound assessments and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Provide emergency response care including first aid and basic life support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic occupational health evaluations
• Perform fitness assessments for aviation and engineering personnel
• Carry out routine medicals for airside driving licensing and workplace health surveillance
• Educate patients and employees on health promotion, CPR, first aid, and emergency protocols
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols
• Ensure emergency medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained

Qualification
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid BLS Certification

Experience
• 5–7 years of overall nursing experience
• Practice Nurse: Minimum 2 years in primary healthcare and/or emergency care nursing
• Avmed/Occmed Nurse: Minimum 2 years in aviation medicine, occupational health, or emergency nursing
• Emergency Response Nurse: Minimum 2 years in field emergency response nursing
