About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety and monitoring for adverse reactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• MOH license or passed prometric (preferred)
