Job Description
Will & Way is seeking a Neuro Occupational Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time, minimum 3 days/week) based in Geelong & Surrounds, VIC, commencing mid-July 2026. The role involves managing a local community caseload, delivering specialist neurological and physical disability services, supporting complex home modifications and assistive technology prescription, and contributing to high-quality, evidence-based reporting and care planning.

Responsibilities
• Support participants with physical and neurological disabilities to achieve meaningful life goals
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments
• Prescribe assistive technology and complex home modifications
• Provide manual handling and safe transfer training to carers and support workers
• Support major life transitions (e.g., hospital discharge, return to work, relocation)
• Develop capacity-building interventions to improve independence and confidence
• Prepare high-quality, evidence-based reports for NDIA and TAC planning
• Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and broader support networks
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Contribute to service improvement and team learning culture

Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration

Educational Requirement
• Degree in Occupational Therapy

Important Requirements
• Minimum 3 years post-graduation OT experience
• Experience in neurological and/or physical disability
• Current AHPRA registration
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full Australian working rights

Highly Desirable Experience
• Community Occupational Therapy
• Complex home modifications
• Seating, pressure care, and equipment prescription
• NDIS and/or TAC experience
• Manual handling training
