About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and diagnose kidney-related disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with latest clinical guidelines
• Manage patients undergoing dialysis and oversee home dialysis programs
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease management and treatment options
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care
• Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement programs within nephrology
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualification
• MD / DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency
• Fellowship training in Nephrology
• Board certification or board eligibility in Nephrology
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Nephrology preferred
Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise in kidney diseases
• Excellent patient counselling and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Eligibility Requirements
• Active medical license to practice
• Eligible to practice in the United Arab Emirates
