Responsibilities

Clinical Consultations
• Conduct detailed patient assessments
• Diagnose musculoskeletal and related conditions
• Design personalized treatment plans across orthopedic and wellness domains

Patient Education
• Explain diagnosis and treatment procedures clearly
• Offer preventive care and long-term wellness guidance

Multidisciplinary Collaboration
• Work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation experts, and wellness consultants
• Ensure integrated and holistic patient care

Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Track treatment progress and outcomes

Supervision & Mentorship
• Guide junior staff
• Provide second opinions when required
• Contribute to clinical development initiatives

Protocols & Best Practices
• Implement and refine clinical protocols
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based treatment standards

Client Relationship & Treatment Continuity
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Guide patients toward structured treatment packages
• Support treatment renewals to ensure recovery consistency

Required Qualifications

• BPT or MPT degree
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and hands-on treatment skills
