MPT / BPT Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and wellness-related conditions. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care with strong diagnostic accuracy and hands-on treatment techniques. Provide clear patient education regarding diagnosis, therapy procedures, preventive care, and long-term wellness strategies. Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and wellness consultants to ensure integrated and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes. Mentor junior staff members and contribute to clinical supervision and professional development of the team. Develop, review, and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and ensure adherence to best practices. Guide patients on structured treatment packages and encourage adherence to long-term rehabilitation plans for sustained recovery.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience. Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or wellness centre setting is preferred.

Skills:
Strong diagnostic acumen and hands-on therapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Patient relationship management and counseling capability. Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical, empathetic, and professional patient care.
