About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and standardizing pathology lab report templates
• Support medical writing, scientific report preparation, and technical documentation
• Curate medical and scientific content from journals, research papers, and laboratory data
• Develop structured templates for clinical and pathology reporting
• Compile, organize, and review scientific data for internal documentation
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and knowledge-sharing materials
• Coordinate with pathology labs and research teams to ensure documentation accuracy
• Maintain version control and consistency across medical documents
Qualification
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• M.sc, B.sc in (Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Biology, Life Sciences or related disciplines)
Experience
• Freshers or candidates with basic exposure to medical writing / documentation preferred
• Strong interest in medical research and scientific communications
Skills
• Excellent written English, grammar, and editing skills
• Ability to simplify and present complex medical information clearly
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic understanding of pathology reports and laboratory workflows
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good coordination and communication skills
