About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft medical rebuttal responses based on reviewer comments and client requirements
• Review medical records and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in all written deliverables
• Interpret medical terminology and clinical information for structured documentation
• Collect, compile, and analyze relevant data to support rebuttal responses
• Maintain consistency in grammar, formatting, and medical terminology usage
• Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory standards and company SOPs
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify queries and resolve documentation gaps
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive medical information
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks within defined timelines
Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) or B.Sc (Life Sciences)
Experience
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in medical writing / healthcare documentation preferred
• Exposure to regulatory documentation or medical record review is an advantage
Skills
• Typing speed of minimum 20–25 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
• Strong command of English grammar and medical terminology
• Good scientific writing and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation practices
• Strong data collection and analytical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of relevant documentation tools and systems
