Job Description
The Medical Workforce Partner plays a vital role in overseeing the complete medical workforce lifecycle of Registrars and International Medical Graduates (IMGs), ensuring safe, effective, and well-coordinated staffing in a complex and highly specialised clinical environment.
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including staff allocation and employment offers, while managing and maintaining medical rosters to address both planned and unplanned vacancies, including after-hours coverage. Acting as the primary point of contact for workforce matters, you will liaise with internal teams, clinical leaders, and external stakeholders to provide guidance and resolve issues efficiently.
You will also support orientation, accreditation, and training programs in partnership with clinical education leaders, ensuring staff are well-prepared and compliant with professional standards. Monitoring compliance requirements, including AHPRA registration, privacy, credentialing, and adherence to industrial agreements, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with maintaining accurate workforce records to support governance, audits, and accreditation processes.

Key Responsibilities
