About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute scientific field activities in Rare Blood Disorders with focus on Hemophilia
• Lead balanced, in-depth scientific discussions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
• Disseminate latest clinical evidence, treatment guidelines, and study data
• Conduct scientific meetings, lectures, and stakeholder engagements
• Support healthcare professionals in diagnosis and management journey of hemophilia patients
• Align field scientific activities with Medical Affairs strategy and company objectives
• Gather insights on treatment trends and provide structured feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Commercial Operations
• Ensure strict compliance with ethics, integrity, regulatory, and non-promotional guidelines
• Develop and maintain long-term peer relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
• Support evidence generation activities and identify data collection opportunities
• Work independently and in collaboration with Rare Blood Disorder Medical Manager
• Travel 10–12 days per month within India

Qualification
• Advanced degree in medical or scientific field (MBBS, MD preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Hematology/Hemophilia preferred
• Knowledge of Coagulopathies and Bleeding Disorders desirable
• Advanced English proficiency

Experience
• Previous experience as Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Scientific Advisor in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience interacting with Key Opinion Leaders in Hematology preferred
