Medical Science Liaison- Rare Blood Disorder

Role & Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute field activities related to scientific information on rare blood diseases, with a focus on Hemophilia.
• Provide healthcare professionals with information on clinical studies and treatment guidelines.
• Organize meetings and scientific lectures with healthcare professionals.
• Relate scientific activities to the company's strategic objectives.
• Support healthcare professionals with diagnostic and management issues related to hemophilia.
• Collaborate in speaker training when necessary.
• Gather insights on treatment trends from healthcare professionals and provide feedback to various areas of Sanofi.
• Participate in meetings with brand teams to align scientific field activities.
• Maintain effective communication among internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
• Resolve queries related to diagnostic pre-work before therapy initiation in collaboration with Sanofi's Diagnostic coordinator.
• Support evidence-generation activities by aiding in data acquisition and identifying further data collection opportunities.

Qualification
• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field (MBBS, MD preferred).

Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for Hematology/Hemophilia experience.
• Experience as a Scientific Advisor (MSL) is highly preferred.
