Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Oncology

Roles & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with oncologists and key HCPs
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange and medical education
• Support clinical research activities, Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS), and Real-World Evidence initiatives
• Represent medical affairs in cross-functional collaborations
• Ensure all activities comply with global medical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Provide field insights to internal medical and strategy teams

Qualification
• MD (Pharmacology) or PhD – Freshers with strong academic background and oncology exposure
• BDS / MDS / PharmD / MBBS with medico-marketing experience in Oncology

Experience
• Freshers considered for MD (Pharmacology) / PhD candidates
• Prior medico-marketing or medical affairs exposure in Oncology required for BDS / MDS / PharmD / MBBS candidates

Skills
• Strong scientific knowledge in Oncology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage credibly with senior HCPs
• Understanding of clinical research and medical affairs functions
• High ethical standards and compliance orientation
