Key Responsibilities

• Scientific exchange with Thought Leaders (on-label proactive & off-label reactive discussions)

• Engage with medical societies and support advisory board activities

• Plan and execute scientific education programs and training sessions

• Attend congresses/conventions and gather scientific & competitive insights

• Identify, profile, and engage TLs aligned with Medical Affairs strategy

• Maintain timely activity reporting and documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical / Life Science background: MD, MBBS, BAMS, BDS, MDS, or Natural Sciences

• Basic knowledge of Diabetology and related therapies

• Understanding of clinical trials and study design
  
  

Skills

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
