Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and engage with Thought Leaders (Doctors) to exchange and disseminate scientific, educational, and research-related information.
• Conduct proactive on-label and reactive off-label scientific discussions in alignment with local regulations.
• Disseminate, clarify, and educate on scientific data, study protocols, congress abstracts, and professional literature.
• Participate in clinical trial–related activities, including company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.
• Respond to medical and scientific queries from Medical Societies related to Bayer products.
• Organize, support, and participate in Advisory Board meetings.
• Attend and network at congresses and conventions; establish new Thought Leader contacts and gather competitive intelligence.
• Plan and coordinate scientific education programs, training sessions, and educational events within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Identify, profile, segment, and engage Thought Leaders in alignment with the Medical Affairs plan.
• Contribute insights on Thought Leader interests and expertise to strengthen internal medical strategy.
• Submit timely activity reports and track progress against agreed objectives.
• Provide additional external scientific support, training, and education as required.

Qualifications

• Medical or dental qualification: MD / MBBS / BDS / MDS.
• Basic knowledge of the therapy area (Neurology / Stroke) and related molecules.
• Basic understanding of clinical trials, study design, and scientific rationale.

• Experience interacting with healthcare professionals and Thought Leaders.
• Exposure to scientific exchange, medical education, or clinical research activities preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external Thought Leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with effective reporting and activity tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
