Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative (Pharmaceuticals) for Jaipur, Rajasthan. This contract-based, full-time role involves promoting a portfolio of consumer health products, engaging with doctors and chemists, and achieving sales targets within your territory.
The Medical Sales Representative will:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, hospitals, and chemists
• Conduct chemist surveys to ensure product availability
• Follow up regularly with healthcare practitioners to implement strategies and campaigns
• Facilitate medical conferences and educational events
• Distribute samples and promotional scientific materials effectively
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territory
• Ensure 100% implementation of company strategies and marketing campaigns

• Work with a portfolio of well-known consumer healthcare brands such as Aveeno, Band-Aid, Benadryl, Zyrtec, Neutrogena, and more
• Contract position with work-from-office schedule, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
• Graduate in B.Sc or B.Pharm

Experience & Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including doctor cold calling
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of consumer health products and pharma sales strategies preferred

Salary Insights
• CTC Range: 3–4 LPA
