Medical Reviewer

Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform medical verification and processing of cashless health insurance claims
• Review medical records, treatment summaries, discharge notes, and hospital bills
• Evaluate claim documents in line with insurance and medical review guidelines
• Respond to email-based medical queries and provide claim clarifications
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure timely processing of claims while maintaining quality standards

Qualification
• BDS
• AYUSH degree ( BHMS / BAMS )

Experience
• 0–1 years of experience
• Experience in cashless insurance claims preferred
• Freshers are eligible to apply

Skills
• Medical documentation review skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance claim processing
• Strong email communication and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
