About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and medical education sessions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to share market insights and support campaigns
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven sales target achievement
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
