Role & Responsibilities:
• Carry out effective field activities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through prescription generation from healthcare professionals
• Conduct RCPA activities, capture accurate market intelligence, and update data in the system
• Prepare and execute pre-call planning objectives for every doctor interaction
• Promote and demonstrate products to doctors and pharmacists as per divisional guidelines
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure regular customer conversion and prevent prescriber loss
• Ensure adequate product availability at pharmacies to honor doctor prescriptions and achieve required POB targets
• Create and regularly update doctor and chemist lists in line with divisional norms
• Support successful execution of new product launch strategies as guided by the division
• Manage and coordinate with distribution channel partners including stockists
Qualification:
• B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / MBA from a recognized institution
Experience:
• 0 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
Skills:
• Basic scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India
• Mandatory possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
