Medical Representative
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct effective field work to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through prescription generation
• Perform RCPA activities with accurate system entry and structured pre-call planning for each doctor visit
• Promote and demonstrate products to doctors and pharmacists as per division guidelines
• Build strong relationships with HCPs to ensure customer retention and prevent prescriber loss
• Ensure product availability at pharmacies and generate required POBs as per division norms
• Create and regularly update doctor and chemist lists in alignment with division strategy
• Support successful execution of new product launches
• Manage and coordinate with distribution channel members including stockists
Qualification:
• BSc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / MBA
Experience:
• 0 to 4 years of experience
Skills:
• Basic scientific knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relationship-building and customer engagement ability
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Organizational and reporting skills
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India
• Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler with valid driving license
