Role & Responsibilities
• Provide specialist medical oncology consultation and patient management
• Diagnose, treat, and monitor cancer patients using evidence-based protocols
• Develop personalised treatment plans including chemotherapy and targeted therapies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital clinical guidelines
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, ethics, and quality care
Qualification
• MBBS with Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medical Oncology
• Western-recognised medical qualification as per UAE licensing standards
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Medical Oncologist
• Experience range of 1–7 years preferred
Skills
• Strong expertise in medical oncology and cancer management
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Patient-centred communication and counselling abilities
• Ability to work in a tertiary care hospital environment
• Familiarity with international oncology treatment guidelines
