• Handle medical operations and guide/mentor community health workers
• Conduct health screenings and provide primary clinical services
• Connect patients to secondary/tertiary hospitals as needed
• Educate community members on health-seeking behavior, preventive health practices, nutrition, and hygiene
• Collaborate with local government and not-for-profit organizations to facilitate access to holistic health interventions
• Provide support and coordination with local public health systems for necessary services and benefits
• MBBS degree and registration with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC)
• Previous experience working in underserved communities is preferred
• Clinical experience in primary care or public health is beneficial
• Strong commitment to serving communities
• Ability to work in an evolving environment and handle challenging situations
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
