Role & Responsibilities
Provide preventive, promotive, curative and emergency medical services to employees and their families
Manage and operate Medical Centres independently
Deliver routine and emergency treatment through in-person and virtual modes
Implement emergency and disaster management protocols
Coordinate with hospitals, ambulance services and EMS providers
Implement uniform emergency management protocols across assigned zones
Support development of medical infrastructure and wellness initiatives
Conduct pre-employment and periodic health check-ups
Plan and deliver first aid and occupational health trainings
Implement ergonomic and indoor air quality (IAQ) health services
Support corporate and sports events as required
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly medical reports
Conduct internal audits
Engage with state leadership teams and business leaders
Handle medical concerns of senior leadership
Qualification
MBBS (Mandatory)
Postgraduate Diploma / AFIH / Emergency Training preferred
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of medical practice
Experience in corporate offices, hospitals or offshore installations preferred
Prior experience in multi-location liaison and coordination preferred
