Role & Responsibilities
• Provide medical consultation and treatment to employees and eligible beneficiaries
• Conduct routine health check-ups and medical examinations
• Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment and medication
• Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line care
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines
• Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when required
Qualification
• MBBS from a recognized medical institution
• Valid medical registration
Experience
• Fresh candidates or experienced doctors as per eligibility norms
• Experience in general medicine or occupational health preferred
Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage medical emergencies
• Good communication and patient-care skills
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
• Professional ethics and decision-making ability
