About the role & responsibilities
• Work as investigator for early-phase (Phase I) clinical trials
• Lead informed consent and participant eligibility assessments
• Provide medical care to healthy volunteers and patients
• Monitor participant safety and interpret diagnostic results
• Collaborate with clinical operations, pharmacy, laboratory and quality teams
• Support delivery of high-quality clinical trial data


Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent
• Unrestricted General AHPRA registration mandatory


Experience
• PGY3+ (minimum two years postgraduate medical training)
• Clinical trials experience not required – training provided


Skills
• Clinical assessment and patient safety monitoring
• Medical documentation and diagnostics interpretation
• Team collaboration
• Communication and consent counselling
• Interest in clinical research
