About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient medical consultation and primary healthcare services to ECHS beneficiaries
• Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment as per ECHS guidelines
• Refer patients to empanelled hospitals when required
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and reports
• Ensure compliance with ECHS and Ministry of Defence medical protocols
• Participate in preventive healthcare and patient counselling activities
Qualification
• MBBS from a recognized institution
• Valid medical registration

• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Experience in government or institutional healthcare settings is an advantage
Skills
• Strong clinical diagnosis and patient management skills
• Knowledge of standard treatment guidelines
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a structured government healthcare system
