Role & Responsibilities
• Provide medical, nursing, or public health services as per the assigned post and departmental guidelines.
• Deliver patient care, disease prevention, and health promotion services at block/district level facilities.
• Assist in implementation of national health programs, surveillance, and reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with DHFWS norms.
• Participate in field visits, health camps, monitoring, and evaluation activities when required.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Follow government healthcare protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines.
